MEET FAN OF THE MONTH, ASHLEY

1. How long have you been listening to Set It Off?

I've been listening since early 2022.

2. Where did you discover Set It Off?

Calm Before The Storm came out the year I graduated high school so I heard them through friends but then rediscovered them after the Blame Canada tour.

3. How has Set It Off affected your life?

Their music just makes me so happy. I can put on pretty much any song and my whole day is turned around - I just want to dance, jump, and sing and everything else just melts away.

4. What was the best Set It Off show you’ve ever been to & why?

My first headlining show in Columbus, OH in September 2022. It was an early birthday celebration and being able to meet the guys and snag front row spots was something I never dreamed would happen to me. The guys were so sweet and welcoming and I will never forget that. The crowd was also amazing all night and it felt so good to be among people who love their music as much as I do and just sing our hearts out.

5. If you could give Set It Off a message - what would it be?

Thank you guys for always being unapologetically yourselves. I appreciate how open you are in the podcast and Youtube videos and that you let us see a side of you guys most bands don't. You've literally taught us that it's ok to be sad and to not worry about life and to take risks and that has really resonated with me. Thank you for making my life a little bit brighter. 

6. What’s your favorite Set It Off song?

Pages & Paragraphs. It's such a quintessential pop punk song and the sound that I grew up with. It makes me so happy and I dance every time I hear it.

7. Any requests/ideas/feedback on the fan club?

I know life gets busy and I appreciate any bit of media we get from you, but I would love more Youtube videos or life updates. Chubby Bunny is my absolute favorite video and whenever I'm sad Maxx's laugh cheers me right up! I love seeing you guys just having fun and enjoying life.
